Exchanges: 14 days from the date of delivery in perfect condition, no visible wear. Buyer must pay for return shipping if it is not covered by our warranty against manufacturing defects and replacement is not due to our fault.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the order you receive, please contact us.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
PLEASE NOTE: This warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not include:
Damage caused by accident
Normal wear and tear
Degradation of colors and materials due to solar radiation
Returns / exchanges of products with water contact will not be accepted.

You can receive a refund if:
You are not satisfied with your order: You have purchased your products within the last 10 days and you want to return them. We will arrange the refund as soon as possible after receiving the items from you
The product you bought is completely inoperative
You have not received your product within 60 business days or 90 business days (South America)
