Do I need to have an account to order?
No, you can also place an order as a guest. But there are some advantages to having an account with us:

Fast checkout process
You can easily see your order status and order history
You will receive updates on our new releases and promotions
What if I forgot my password?
On the login page, click on "Forgot your password?" And you will be redirected to a page where you can create a new password.

What happens if I enter the wrong email address?
Please contact us so we can change your email address. We can change your email address, name and address, but we cannot change your order.

What is the security of my online order?
When you store online with your credit card, all your information is entered on a secure SSL website. Your information is then SSL encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider's network, where your card and transaction are authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.

How do I change or cancel my order?
We reserve the right, at any time after receipt of the order, to accept or decline the order, or any portion thereof, even after the customer has received an order confirmation or after the credit card has been authorized. If the credit card has already been authorized for purchase and the order is cancelled, a credit will be issued to the original payment method.

Can I change my shipping address after I place my order?
Please note that your shipping address cannot be changed after the order has been processed or shipped. Please update your shipping address to your home address rather than your business address, as we do not know how long the customs department at the destination will hold the package.

When will my order arrive?
Delivery time is based on the shipping option you choose. Once the order is shipped, we will send you your tracking information via email the next day as tracking information is usually available 72 hours after the order is shipped. We are not responsible for delays by your country's customs department.

How do I track my order?
We will send your tracking information via email once your order has been shipped. Usually, you will receive the tracking number one day after we have shipped your order.

What should I do if I have items missing from my order?

If something is missing, please contact us immediately.

When will my order be processed?
All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in Asia. Please allow extra time to process your order during vacations and sales season.
We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 2-3 business days from the date of the order and shipped the day after the processing day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.
Please contact us if you receive a tracking confirmation after 5 business days from the day you complete your payment.
